On October 20nd 2025, in Hanoi, VNU-CEA in coordination with the Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security organized the opening ceremony of the 4nd Professional training course for officers and lecturers of People's Police Academy and School in 2025 (49th Course, class 2 for Ministry of Public Security). Participants in the training course are leaders, managers, lecturers and specialists from People's Police Academy and School under the Ministry of Public Security. The training course is conducted in combination online through the online LMS system and in person in Headquarters of the Ministry of Public Security (Pham Van Dong Street). 

Overview of the ceremony

Attending the opening ceremony, on the side of the VNU-CEA, there were Assoc.Prof. Dr. Đinh Văn Toàn - Deputy Director of VNU-CEA, Chairman of Education Accreditation Council; MSc. Phung Van Truong - Head of Administration and Personnel Office, and members of the Organizing Committee of the training course and representatives of lecturers. On the side of Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security, there was Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang, Head of Division 5, Mrs. Tran Thi Lan Anh, Deputy Head of Division 5.

On behalf of VNU-CEA, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Toàn expressed her appreciation and gratitude for the support and for making conditions to organize a training course of the Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security. Assoc.Prof. Dr. Toàn also thanked all the Department of Training for trusting in choosing VNU-CEA to cooperate in training and fostering to improve the capacity of managers and ensure implementation and quality accreditation.
